- 1 pound approximately 500 grams of fresh fruits such as strawberries, grapes, or hawthorn berries
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup water

Prep the Fruit: Wash and completely dry fruits. Skewer 1–3 fruits on each stick.
Make Sugar Syrup: Boil 2 cups sugar + 1 cup water (optional: 1 tbsp corn syrup) until it reaches 300°F (hard crack stage) — about 10–15 minutes.
Dip the Skewers: Carefully dip fruit skewers in the hot syrup. Let excess drip off.
Cool & Serve: Place on parchment paper to harden for a few minutes. Enjoy immediately for best crunch!
