Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups 150g graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup 50g granulated sugar
  • ½ cup 115g unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 16 oz 450g Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup 90g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract alcohol-free
  • 1 cup 240ml heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional

Instructions
 

Make the Crust:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the base of a springform pan or pie dish. Chill while preparing the filling.

Prepare the Filling:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add lemon zest if desired.

Assemble & Chill:

  • Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully set.
