Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika optional, for color and flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top of each chicken breast.
  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden, crispy topping.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sides.
