- 1 lb 450g halal chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup long-grain white rice uncooked
- 1 cup halal chicken broth
- 1 cup halal or homemade cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup halal or homemade cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet halal onion soup mix or homemade
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or halal butter
