Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 loaf garlic bread sliced horizontally
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 small bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set your broiler to high. Line a baking sheet.
  • Cook Filling: In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  • Flavor It: Add diced onion, diced bell pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 8–10 minutes.
  • Prep Bread: Slice the garlic bread loaf horizontally and place both halves on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Assemble: Spoon the Sloppy Joe mixture generously over the bread halves.
  • Top It: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
