Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • cups milk
  • 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for topping
  • Optional: strawberry syrup whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, chocolate drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  • Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in another.
  • Combine to form a smooth batter.
  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil.
  • Fry 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
  • Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
  • Serve warm with optional toppings.
