- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for topping
- Optional: strawberry syrup whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, chocolate drizzle
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in another.
Combine to form a smooth batter.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil.
Fry 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
Serve warm with optional toppings.
