Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter divided
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Make Garlic Base

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Create the Creamy Sauce

  • Stir in the cream cheese and milk. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

Add the Cheese

  • Stir in shredded mozzarella and cheddar. Cook until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add Chicken

  • Fold the cooked shredded chicken into the sauce and stir until evenly coated.

Assemble the Wraps

  • Spoon the filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold into burritos, tucking in the edges.

Toast the Wraps

  • In a clean skillet, melt a little butter. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
