Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet instant yeast about 2¼ teaspoons
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup warm water about 110°F
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter plus extra for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Stir in warm water and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
  • Divide dough into 12 even pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place in the baking dish.
  • Let the rolls rest for 10 minutes in a warm spot.
  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, mix extra melted butter with garlic powder.
  • Brush the hot rolls with garlic butter after baking.
  • Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
