- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast about 2¼ teaspoons
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup warm water about 110°F
- 3 tablespoons melted butter plus extra for brushing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
Stir in warm water and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
Divide dough into 12 even pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place in the baking dish.
Let the rolls rest for 10 minutes in a warm spot.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
Meanwhile, mix extra melted butter with garlic powder.
Brush the hot rolls with garlic butter after baking.
