For the Dough:

- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- ¾ cup warm water adjust if needed
For the Sauce:
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced beef pepperoni or seasoned chicken
- ½ bell pepper thinly sliced
- ½ red onion sliced
- A few black olives optional
- Sprinkle of dried oregano and chili flakes
Prepare the Dough:
